Grounding power

Everything is energy. That is the first of our guiding principles that we operate by. It’s the first because without the realization that everything that we think, feel and experience is at its base, energy, we cannot build a solid foundation for living. In this, we don’t mean energy in the sense of some philosophical or metaphysical use of the term, but the literal meaning. Everything in the universe is made up of the same stuff that powers the phone you are using to read this right now. Knowing that everything is energy is an important step in beginning to understand ourselves and the world we live in simply because energy has laws that govern it unlike the limitlessness of our minds. Looking at the world through the lenses of energy further changes our perspective to see that although we may be individuals physically separated from each other and the world we live in, we are actually made of the EXACT. SAME. THING. There’s not a different energy that powers the cells of black skin to those of white, or men to women, or human to animal, or living being to plant, or plant to Earth, or planet to stars. Everything that exists is energy, and all energy has the same purpose, expand. Live Well ❤️
