Fuck fear

Fear is a motherfucker. It is the sole reason why life doesn’t go the way we want it. It stops us from trying and it stops us from seeing. It’s what keeps us small and out of the place where we can create for ourselves and others a more beautiful experience of living. The more fear we feel, the smaller our life becomes and the less control we feel. Philosophically we can talk about how the opposite side of fear is love and that we should always look for love to escape the fear, but how can we say that with love knowing there are fellow humans who are systematically kept in a fear state just because of the colour of their skin.

Today, let us reject fear in all its manifestations. For ourselves, let’s use today as a chance to do things we’re scared of. Stand up for the things you love and stand up for your fellow humans. The lie that the colour of our skin somehow defines the person inside is unbelievably ignorant and can only exist because fear exists. We are blessed today with the opportunity and responsibility to ourselves to eliminate fear so that we can know love, know ourselves and know the answer to the question deep in everyone’s mind, why are we here? To allow fear to exist in any systemic way, is to deny love to others. If you’re ok with that, the title of “good person” you wear proudly will no longer be valid in the place we are headed. Everyone is free to feel the fear they want, but it should never be because society deems equals as less. Now is the time to change minds and grow like you’ve never grown before. It’s never too late to change, but the sooner you see that the world is how we as individuals choose to create it, the sooner we can see what magic we can create as a planet of human creators living in love. Now is the time that fear is stopped in its tracks and systemic fear is eliminated. We’re all in this together. Live Well ❤️
